We provide the option for various sizes of most of our gift baskets. Choose the size basket that fits your gift giving budget. With your order, please provide complete delivery address information with your payment to insure prompt delivery. Most major credit cards are accepted. Corporate accounts are available to qualified applicants.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary with our promise to never compromise our high standards for quality. Substitutions for chocolate items are made May through October. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders must be made within 24 hours from the time of order and prior to shipment. If the order has already been shipped or delivered, we can not cancel your order. All cancellations are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All custom orders, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns or Exchanges
Long Island Gift Baskets hopes each of its customers are satisfied with their gift purchase. Due to the sensitive nature of food, no refunds or exchanges on any gift basket will be issued unless damage is due to shipping or delivery. Damages must be reported by the recipient within 24 hours of arrival. Please report any product damages to the respective carrier prior to calling Long Island Gift Baskets. After reporting damages to the carrier, recipients must call Long Island Gift Baskets for authorization prior to making a return (before any refunds or exchanges are granted). Items are to be returned to Long Island Gift Baskets in original packaging and the box it was shipped in.

Standard Shipping Policy

Single basket orders received by 11am EST Monday through Friday are
guaranteed to ship the same day. Single basket orders received after
11am EST will be shipped the next business day. We reserve the right
to alter the cut-off time for same day shipping during holiday peaks.
UPS Ground delivery service Ground (4 - 7 days) will be used unless
otherwise specified.
UPS Ground service does not guarantee delivery times to residential
destinations. For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times,
use 2-Day Air or Overnight
Air Express. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating
the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. All shipping costs
shown are for destinations in the continental United States only.
